At Restaurant Schmied junior host Lukas is the head of the kitchen team. The passionate chef has been working at Hotel Lagrein in Scena/Schenna for many years, before he decided to return to his family home in spring 2017. Today he swings his saucer in the highly modern kitchen of our hotel in Scena/Schenna and rustles up impressive culinary delights from fresh, seasonal and mainly regional ingredients. Our restaurant is closed for holidays from november 4th to december 5th 2024 and from december 23rd to december 25th 2024.
From december 6th to december 22nd 2024 we are open as follows:
Friday and saturday: 6 pm - midnight (warm kitchen until 9.30 pm)
Sunday: 11.30 am - 2.30 pm
Closed monday to thursday
From december 26th 2024 to january 5th 2025 we are open daily:
